Although we are stuck at home for a while, there's no excuse to try something new or order food constantly. It can be a little stressful to cook and clean every day, I know. Somedays I feel I don't want to eat because I'm just tired or bored or simply had enough of cooking. But gladly, those bad days are fewer than the good ones.
To keep things running smoothly, I try to vary what I eat and experiment with different ingredients. It keeps the boredom away and shows the kitchen with a new light. I've been digging into food52, a cool cooking site, that offers some great advice on what ingredients we should be eating as well as recipes that can easily be prepped at home.
They've compiled some recipes that you should really try to do at home. They're easy, tasty, and low cost.
